📌 1. Pin Columns in List Pages
Tired of scrolling endlessly? You can now pin up to 2 columns on list pages to keep important info in view.
How to do it:
Go to any module (e.g., Invoices, Items)
Click the Toggle icon under the Filters dropdown
Select Customize Columns
Pin your desired columns
Click Save
🔐 2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Customer Portal
Add an extra layer of security to your customer portal using MFA (via authenticator app).
How to enable it:
- Go to Settings > Customer Portal
- Check Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Save
🔁 Admins can reset MFA for customers if needed.
🖼️ 3. Organization Logo in Reports
Brand your PDF exports with your logo—either in the header or as a watermark.
How to use it:
- Go to Reports > Export > PDF
- Click Customize the details
- Check Logo Watermark or Organization Logo
- Adjust placement and intensity
- Export
⭐ 4. Other Enhancements
- You can now mark the default filters of modules as your favourites. This allows you to quickly access the relevant filters without having to search them every time. These changes will only be visible to you and will not affect other users in the organization.
- You can now add a name for your exported file when exporting a report. Additionally, you can also choose to display column headers in each page of the PDF and display report data in separate pages based on the Group By field.
